We are recruiting for a successful and growing company based in Berkhamsted and looking for someone to join them as a Sales Order Processor. We are ideally looking for someone who has previous experience within a sales order processing role as part of this role you will be processing orders, booking shipments and deliveries and liaising with customers. This is a permanent role and please note that due to the location of this role, you will need to be able to commute to an office in the heart of Berkhamsted, free parking is available on site.

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm or 8.30am to 5pm with a shorter lunch break, this role is offering a salary between £25K - £27K (depending on candidate expereince) + annual bonus and healthcare, dental, optical, physio and other benefits.

Some of the duties will include:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries over email and telephone.
  • Processing of sales orders.
  • Booking shipping and transport using logistics providers.
  • Coordinating order fulfilment.
  • Dealing with general queries.
  • Managing returns and issuing refunds.
  • Ad hoc customer service/sales administration.

The skills required:

  • Some level of customer service or admin experience is necessary.
  • ERP/CRM system experience required.
  • Any experience of logistics or booking orders etc. would be useful.
  • Confident oral and written communicator.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Team Player.
  • Self-motivated with a positive approach.
